This document shows you how easy it is to publish your real estate property album here at CondominiumInfo.Com. Most of it is self-explanatory, but we also have a document that fully explains various data-entry fields for your ready reference. Here is how to quickly add your condominium property album at this Condominium Resource Center

1. If you are already a member, login at CondominiumInfo.Com. If not, there is no cost to Registering at CondominiumInfo.Com.
2. Click on "my folder" link on the navigation bar above. This will take you to "content" view of your folder. If not, click on the "Content" tab atop your folder
3. Select "Realty Album" from the drop-down box, and click on "Add New Item" button.
4. You will now be at a screen that allows you to enter various details pertaining to your new Realty Album.
5. Enter various details using the form.
   • View Tab: This work area will be usually titled “Edit Folder.” Enter a short Title and Description of your condo and Click SAVE.
   • Content Tab: Now you will be on “Content” tab, with a drop down box that allows you to add photo-album to your newly created “realty album.” You can add your photo album here at this time, or do it at a later time. If you wish to add a photo album, you can do so by selecting “photo album” from the drop down box and then by clicking on "add new item" button to the right of it. Add images to your album using the drop down box, and save it.

     Yes, you can create sub-albums (nested realty albums) within your realty album. Nested albums are particularly helpful if you want to group photos by different sections of your property (Kitchen photo album, Living room album, etc.) or any other "photo grouping" criteria.

   • Album Edit Tab: When you click on this tab, you will have an opportunity to enter various specifics of your condominium property. We suggest you provide a detailed description of your condo using the box below titled “Description.”
   • Agent Edit Tab: When you click on this tab, you will be presented with a big box where you can enter all the contact details of your real estate agent or your realtor/broker. If you are listing your condo as a FSBO (for sale by owner) property, include your contact details here. Notice you can enter these details using three formats –plain text, Structured Text, or HTML. Do not forget to click on the save button on each of the above tabs.
   We suggest you fully describe your condo and provide a concise (no more than 8 to 10 words long) but highly relevant title. For your convenience, various data items needed for creating a realty album are detailed here.

6. Click on "Save" button at the bottom
7. Click on drop-down list at the top right corner of your new "Realty Album" listing, and click on "Submit"
8. You are done!

Now your listing request has been queued up for our review team. One of our reviewers will get to it shortly (usually within one business day) and either clear it for publication at this site, or will send it back to you if anything needs to be changed.
