Itemized explanation of various data-items needed to create your condominium realty album using our quick-entry condominium Realty Album template.
Essentially Realty Album is a container object –it allows you to enter three sets of details related to your Condominium/Realestate Property:
- Identification & Description of your property: This includes details such as Title (name) and Description of your property. This is where you would be adding your photo and images -if any -as well.
- Characteristics of your Realty: Details such as number of rooms, area, information about any subspaces, address, listing prices, sale price, MLS number, etc. are included to be on this data entry page.
- Agent Details: You would be entering contact details of your real estate broker, realtor, or your real estate agent. Of course, if you are listing your own property, or promoting a for sale by owner (fsbo) property, you would be entering your own contact details.
After you have logged in, click on "my folder" link on the navigation bar above. This will take you to "content" view of your folder. If not, click on the "Content" tab atop your folder.
Select "Realty Album" from the drop-down box, and click on "Add New Item" button.
The following section provides details on various data-fields associated with aforementioned three content tabs:
- View Tab: You will now be at a screen that allows you to enter various details pertaining to your new Realty Album. This work area will be usually titled “Edit Folder.” Enter a short Title and Description of your condo and Click SAVE.
- Content Tab: While on “Content” tab, you will see a drop down box that allows you to add photo-album to your newly created “realty album.” You can add your photo album here at this time, or do it at a later time. If you wish to add a photo album, you can do so by selecting “photo album” from the drop down box and then by clicking on "add new item" button to the right of it. Add photos (graphics/images) to your album using the drop down box, and SAVE it.
- Album Edit Tab: This is where you enter specifics of your condominium.
- Area : Total built-up area of your condominium
- Sub-area: Area of any sub-spaces. This is usually applicable to condominium properties that are comprised of multiple sub-units.
- Address (required): Street address of your condo.
- Type: Select appropriate type, or “Other” if your property type is not listed.
- MLS number: If your property has a MLS number enter it here.
- Age: Number of years your real estate property has been around.
- Listed or Sold: Select “Listed” initially, and change it to “Sold” after it has been sold.
- Number of bedrooms: Self-explanatory.
- Number of bathrooms: Self-explanatory.
- Listed Price: The price you are listing your property for.
- Selling Price: The actual price property was sold for.
- Floor area: This would usually include entire floor space –constructed or not.
- Property description : This is the space where you can describe all those unique aspects of your wonderful condominium. In other words, your sales-pitch goes here.
- Click on "Save"
- Agent Edit Tab: Here you have an edit-box that allows you to enter your contact details in using free-format. This is where you would enter contact details (phone, fax, web site URL, email, etc.) of your real estate agent or your realtor/broker. If you are listing your condo as a FSBO (for sale by owner) property, include your contact details here. Click on "Save."
