When you select Condominium from the add new item drop-down box, you will be taken to a screen that allows you to enter various details specific to your condominium listing.

Even though almost all of those fields are more or less self-explanatory, here is a detailed/itemized explanation of the same. Also included are a few suggestions on how to get the most out of our easy-to-use but highly effective condominium multiple listing service template.

• Condominium Name: Your will see a pre-filled field at the top containing something like Condominium.YYYY-MM-DD.nnnnnnnn. You can leave it as it is, or change it to something more description -like Condominium.A-Descriptive-Name-of-Your-Condo Please note that you should not be using any spaces or other special characters in this filed. If you wish to use multiple words, use a dash ("-") to connect them.

• Condominium Title : This could contain a few words that would form the "Title" of this new condominium listing you are creating. For example, it could be "Casablanca Condominiums on Miami Beach" or "Luxury Condominiums -Trump Tower in Manhattan, NY."

• Condo Name (if any):** If your condominium property is known by a unique name, enter it here. A good example would be "Sands Condominium, Las Vegas" or "Lakeshore Condos, Chicago."

• Address1 (req): Street address, a required field. self-explanatory.

• Address2: Enter second line of street address here, if any.

• City (req): This is a required field.

• Zip code / PIN (req): Enter Zip/Postal/Pin code here. This is a required field

• State/Province: (req): Enter your State or Province here. This is a required field.

• Country (req): Self-explanatory. This is a required field.

• Phone: Enter your phone number here if you want someone to contact you over the phone about your condo listing.

• Fax: Enter your phone number here if you want someone interested in your condominium listing to contact using fax.

• Email: Not a required field, enter it only if you want people interested in your condominium listing to contact you using email.

• Web URL (if any): If you have a website for your condo listing, enter it here. Please note this has to be related to your condo listing. Off topic listing requests or condominium listing submissions that contain unrelated web URLs are deleted on sight.

• Total Rooms: (req) Enter total number of rooms in your condo. This is a required field.

• BedRooms: (req) Enter total number of bedrooms in your condo. This is a required field.

• Amenities: This is where you would ant to include details of various amenities included/available in your condo. List here details such as if you have new kitchen appliances, resurfaced flooring, new carpets, laundry equipment, etc. Keep it brief, but provide as much relevant details that you may deem appropriate.

• Availability: (req) State here if your condo is available immediately or on a future date.

• Location Details: (req) This is a required field. Enter details on where your condominium is located. Including relevant details such as "locate don the lakeshore" or on the beachfront, etc. would be appropriate.

• Area Attractions: Mention/list attractions (if any) in the vicinity of your condominium here.

• Comments: If there are additional details that you may not have covered above, this is the place to include them.
